Kharkiv, October 2023 - A little girl accompanied by her mother entering one of the stations of the "subway school" project. Around a thousand children and teenagers attend the lessons which take place in five different Kharkiv metro stations. In the city of Kharkiv the missiles often arrive before the air raid alarm, forcing the school to move underground. This project is unique in Ukraine where there are no other schools operating so close to the front line.
